Stone Villa offers accommodation in Kassandra Halkidiki, just outside Hanioti village. 

The upper floor boasts views of Toroneus Gulf. Stone Villa is located 70m from the beach and 1,7klm from Hanioti Village.

The property is suggested to families as it is kids friendly. It belongs to a wonderful complex of 5 houses, with olive trees, in a sunny garden, with lush green grass around the place.

There are two bedrooms with double beds to accommodate 4 persons and two bathrooms with towels and a hairdryer.

In the kitchen, you'll find full equipment you need to prepare your meals during your stay, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The property offers a cozy living room with a flat screen Smart TV, 3 AC units and Free Wi Fi.

On the porch there is an outdoor dining area, a cozy sitting area and sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine on your terrace. A tabletop electric barbecue is offered, to plug it in and prepare meals for friends and family. A shared Volley Ball Court for residents’ use only is offered to our guests.
