• July 21 is closing date.  Any entries that are not complete by the midnight tonight will owe a $25 Late Fee.  Check your ENTRY STATUS to make sure your entry is complete.  If you owe signatures, the Owner can sign as Trainer. • Intro Riders please make sure you are entering the correct division.  Intro is the the NEW 18" division and Tadpole is the old Intro division that is a max of 12".

Notes to Competitors:

We are happy to announce that the Stone Gate Farm Mini Trials will be using the USEA's X-entry and Show Connect data entry and scoring system.  Please read the Omnibus carefully to be sure your entry is  complete and correct. Take advantage of the  'early bird' discount by submitting a  complete and correct entry to save sone $$$.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your entry, be sure to check your entry status to make sure your entry is complete as any 'early bird' entry that is not complete by July 7th will be assessed a $25 missed 'early bird' fee.  Any entry that is not complete by closing date will be assessed a $25 late fee.  We are not doing this to make money, we are trying to incentivize you to get your entry complete and correct submitted in a timely fashion.  To those who send in complete and correct entries, thank you! For those who owe money for whatever reason, please us the Addition Fees link. 

Those who are members of the USEA and already are familiar with Xentry, this will be a seamless transition.  For those who are NOT USEA members you will have to set up an account and register your horse.  There is no charge for a 'restricted' status. Once you are set up you will find X-entry much more user friendly.  Please read the  Notes from the USEA on setting up an account and registering  a horse.  If you have problems entering contact Laura Fine and she can walk you through the process or contact the USEA directly.  

Requirements for a Complete Entry:  Please Note

~ completed entry form with the correct division, horse & rider names

~ payment via Xentry

~ current coggins (if one is already on file with SGF, another is not needed)

~ Vaccination record using the Official SGF Vaccination form (if one is not already on file)

~ Stone Gate Farm Release Form (if one is already on file, another is not needed)

~ USEA Release Form

~ for those stabled, either the stall deposit OR stall cleaning stall cleaning service. NOT BOTH please read the stabling notes below

Stabling Notes

Please Read carefully: On grounds stabling fill up fast and are assigned on a 'first come' basis.  Stalls will NOT we assigned until the the entry is complete which includes either the stall deposit (refundable if stall left stripped) OR stall cleaning service (not both) using the Additional Fees link. When paying either the deposit or stall cleaning competitors can request the barn and stall that they would like (see layout below). Also if you want to be stabled as a group PLEASE use ONE name for the group. We make no guarantees that you will get the exact stall you request, but we'll do our best.  The sooner you get your complete and correct entry entry submitted and pay either the stall deposit or stall cleaning the sooner you will be able to request your stall
