2019 Weight Loss Challenge
Challenge Dates: january 21st - march 23rd
$150 Entry Fee ($15 A WEEK, YOU'RE WORTH IT!)
New Year New You! Focus on your nutrition for 10 weeks and you'll be amazed at the changes your body can make! Note that this is not a quick fix challenge, this is a challenge meant to be longer to instill LIFESTYLE changes. It's all about breaking old habits and forming new ones that will last forever.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORKOUT HERE TO PARTICIPATE!
Winners determined by % of weight lost (not overall total pounds)
Included in the Challenge:
Weekly Meal Plans (Vegetarian/Vegan options also available) - these include recipes, not just the lists of foods you should and shouldn't eat!
Workout Motivation - Workouts for you to do at home or at your favorite gym
Weekly weigh-ins - this helps us track your progress and keeps you accountable. You can weigh in anytime during regular business hours!
A Health Coach to guide you for 10 weeks in all aspects of your health, while focusing on nutrition
Two scheduled meetings with your Coach throughout the challenge to help you stay on track
Progress Photos (Everyone hates doing these, but you’ll thank us later)
Entry to our Nutrition Seminar where we will learn all about food (the good, the bad, label reading, etc.) in person together
15% off all Grocery Store Tours, Metagenics (our line of supplements that we carry) and STONECIPHER apparel/swag throughout the challenge
All the support, motivation and accountability you'll need to make these changes turn into a lifestyle!
A printed copy of all the recipes you get throughout the challenge!
First place picks their prize, than 2nd and 3rd.
10 pack of Personal Training ($750 value)
10 pack of hour-long Massages ($600 value)
20 Pack of Group Classes - 10 of each type, hours and half hours ($350 value)
Weight Loss Achievement - Hit your weight loss goal (must be a minimum of 15 lbs which is 1.5 lbs a week) and you’ll get a free 60 minute massage at the end of the challenge!

What if I'm out of town for a week and can't make all the weigh ins?
No problem! You need to weigh in at least 7 of the 10 weeks to qualify for any prizes
Do I have to workout at the gym to do the challenge?
No! Anyone who wants to focus on their health is eligible to participate in this one!
What if I don't have much weight to lose, but I want to change my nutritional habits?
Join us! That is what this challenge is all about . Learning how to eat again!
