We agree to keep the Card on your behalf and to act in accordance with this Agreement. By signing or activating the Card or allowing others to access the Card you are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement which is subject to modification.
Additionally, you agree to the fact that this Agreement is legally binding for all of your successors, agents and assigns. Your Card belongs to us and we have the right to cancel or terminate the use of the Card at any point without prior notification, subject to the any applicable law.

If your Card is personalized with a name, you must first activate your Card either online at navyfederal.org/mygiftcard or by phone at 1-866-262-7438. When you activate your Card you'll have to choose the four-digit personal Identification number (PIN). If your card isn't personalized with the name of your choice, you can change your PIN by pressing "Sign in".
Navy Federal gift Cards are only valid within the United States. U.S. territories are excluded. The Card can be used for as many times as you wish to purchase products and services that are up to the amount that the card is worth. Every time you use the Card, we'll subtract the amount of the transaction from the total value of the Card.
The Card cannot be reloaded and can't be used again until its value is zero. If you make use of your Card for more than the amount it is available for you accept to pay us the difference at the time of request.

Gift Cards that are sold in branches located in Arizona are not subject to the expiration of the underlying funds and on request, can be issued a replacement card to cover the remaining funds on a Card that has expired.

In the event that you utilize your card to purchase goods or services, and there is a dispute you must try your best to solve your dispute by contacting the seller. We must contact you by the end of 120 days from the date the transaction history was first published or after you have received the receipt upon the day the issue or error was discovered. If you prefer to inform us by telephone regarding any issues or errors We may also ask you to address your concerns in writing.
