Stok Pro is an offline inventory and transaction management application designed to help users manage stock, sales, purchases, suppliers, customers, and financial records.
2. Data Collection
Stok Pro does NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
All data entered into the application, including but not limited to:
- Customer information
- Supplier information
- Transaction records
- Inventory data
- Financial data
is stored locally on the user's device only.
3. Data Storage
All data is securely stored within the local database on the user's device.
Stok Pro does not use cloud storage and does not upload any user data to remote servers.
4. Data Sharing
Stok Pro does not share any data with third parties.
5. Internet Usage
Stok Pro does not require an internet connection to function.
No user data is transmitted over the internet.
6. File Access and Export
The application may generate export files (such as Excel reports) when requested by the user.
These files are saved locally on the user's device and are not transmitted externally.
7. Data Deletion
Users may delete all stored data by:
- Using the Reset Data feature inside the application, or
- Clearing application data from device settings, or
- Uninstalling the application.
8. Security
Since all data is stored locally on the user's device, data security depends on the device's own security system. Users are responsible for maintaining device security.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the application and/or the official distribution page.
