Revelstoke has a diverse and varied history. Its picturesque and resource-rich landscape has attracted people for thousands of years.
In collaboration with the Revelstoke Museum & Archives and SET-BC, this website features stories from Revelstoke's past, documented by Revelstoke Secondary (RSS) students.

Between September 2017 and January 2018, the Writing 10-12 class at Revelstoke Secondary School embarked upon a technological adventure. Partnering with Revelstoke Museum and Archives, students accessed reel-to-reel taped interviews and transcripts with pioneers of our community. Primary documents were transformed into interactive, multi-media pop-up museums and presentations. Exploring various forms of communication, students created podcasts, videos, board games, posters, logos, re-enactments, and various other storytelling formats. Through this, we learned to use technology to better assist in all forms of written, visual, audio, and video communication.
