This project collaborates with the Wilmington VA Medical Center Nursing Home to make letters to our Veterans that bot thank them for their service but let them know they are not alone during these times of social distancing.

Volunteer Responsibilities
Volunteer Responsibilities
Writing letters to veterans via a virtual platform such as word or google docs, where they will be emailed to Wilmington VA Medical Center Nursing Home after the event.
Goal: 40 Letters
The letters should be inspirational and show gratitude for their service to the country
Please make the letter interactive such as including a trivia fun fact!
Volunteers should NOT share any personal information
Volunteers should NOT leave a contact number to receive a response to their letter
Volunteers must submit the materials generated before the end of the service project at 2:00PM EST to the Project Submissions link provided on this webpage.
