StockMateX is developed and published by ToolDynoApps. We respect your privacy and aim to keep the application simple, transparent, and privacy-friendly.
This Privacy Policy explains how StockMateX handles information when you use the application.
StockMateX is designed to work offline.
ToolDynoApps does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information through StockMateX.
The app does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your:

The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.
StockMateX allows you to enter and manage inventory information such as:
Product names
SKU or product codes
Categories
Stock quantities
Minimum stock levels
Purchase prices
Selling prices
Product notes
Stock transaction history
This information is stored locally on your device and is used only to provide the inventory-management features of the app.
ToolDynoApps does not receive or remotely store this inventory information.
StockMateX may allow you to select an optional product image using Android's system file or photo picker.
The app does not require camera access or unrestricted access to your device storage for this feature.
Selected images are used only for displaying the products you choose to associate them with.
ToolDynoApps does not upload or receive your product images.
StockMateX may locally store stock activity such as:
Stock In transactions
Stock Out transactions
Quantity adjustments
Transaction date and time
Stock levels before and after a transaction
This information remains on your device and is used to provide inventory history and dashboard information.
Your StockMateX inventory and settings are stored locally on your Android device.
The app may use local technologies such as:
Room Database
SharedPreferences
Android-supported local storage mechanisms
This data is not automatically transmitted to ToolDynoApps or to an external server.
StockMateX may provide a local Backup / Export feature.
When you choose to create a backup, Android's system document picker allows you to select where the backup file should be saved.
Backup or export happens only when you initiate the action.
ToolDynoApps does not automatically receive, upload, or store your backup files.
If you share an exported backup file with another person or service, that sharing is controlled by you and the application or service you choose.
If StockMateX provides an import or restore option, you may select a compatible backup file through Android's system document picker.
The selected backup is processed locally for the purpose of restoring your inventory information.
ToolDynoApps does not receive the imported backup file.
StockMateX is designed as an offline inventory-management application.
The core inventory features do not require an Internet connection.
The application does not use your inventory information for online tracking, advertising, or profiling.
StockMateX does not include:
AdMob
Advertising SDKs
Analytics SDKs
Behavioral tracking systems
ToolDynoApps does not use your StockMateX inventory information for targeted advertising.
ToolDynoApps does not sell, rent, trade, or share your locally stored inventory information with third parties.
Because the app is designed to store its inventory information locally, your data is not sent to ToolDynoApps for processing.
Inventory information remains stored on your device until you:
Delete individual products or information within the app where supported
Clear the application's storage/data through Android settings
Restore or replace local data using an available backup feature
Uninstall the application, subject to Android's device and backup behavior
Because ToolDynoApps does not maintain a server-side copy of your StockMateX inventory, we cannot remotely retrieve or delete locally stored inventory data on your behalf.
StockMateX minimizes privacy risks by keeping its core inventory information locally on your device rather than uploading it to a ToolDynoApps server.
However, no device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their devices and for securely storing any backup files they create or export.
StockMateX is designed to use only the Android capabilities necessary for its features.
Where product images, backup files, or restore files are selected, the app uses Android-supported system pickers where available instead of requesting broad access to your device storage.
StockMateX does not require access to unrelated information such as your contacts, SMS messages, microphone, or location for its core inventory-management features.
StockMateX does not require account registration, login, or a ToolDynoApps cloud account.
Therefore, the app does not maintain a server-side user account containing your inventory information.
StockMateX is a general inventory-management utility and is not designed specifically for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the application.
The StockMateX version described by this Privacy Policy does not use advertising, analytics, or cloud-database services that receive your inventory information from the app.
Android system components may be used when you interact with features such as file selection, photo selection, backup export, or file import. Your use of those external system components may also be governed by the policies of your device manufacturer, operating-system provider, or any external application you choose.
We may update this Privacy Policy if StockMateX features or privacy practices change.
Any updated version should reflect the actual behavior of the application and will include a revised "Last Updated" date.
