1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND BINDING AGREEMENT

By downloading, installing, or using the InvestWise AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement and Terms of Use ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App. This EULA constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and the App's developer.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on mobile devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these terms. This App is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3. AD-SUPPORTED SERVICE AND DATA USAGE

InvestWise AI is provided completely free of charge. In order to maintain this monetization structure without charging subscription fees, the App displays programmatic mobile advertisements handled via the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob).

- By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that third-party ad networks may process device identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

- Disabling device identifiers or using unauthorized ad-blocking software to disrupt the monetization layer may cause the App to degrade or fail to execute analytical formulas correctly.

4. USER-SIDE AI EXECUTION AND EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS

InvestWise AI relies on an innovative, decentralized architecture to completely protect your financial data and overhead costs.

- The App automatically builds URL-encoded prompt blocks containing stock ticker inputs and deep-links you to Google AI Studio.

- All actual artificial intelligence analysis and text processing are performed inside your personal browser window or via your own consumer Google account.

- We do not manage, maintain, or monitor your token allocations, data usage, or account privileges inside Google AI Studio. You are solely responsible for complying with Google's respective Terms of Service while using their platform.

5. STRICT FINANCIAL NO-ADVICE DISCLAIMER

INVESTWISE AI IS A MATH-BASED DATA EXPLORATION AND WORKFLOW UTILITY ONLY.

- All calculated intrinsic targets, color-coded lights (Green, Yellow, Red, Gray), percentage gaps, and pre-filled prompt suggestions are generated using trailing historical numbers and consensus analyst estimates fetched via public financial APIs.

- None of the information displayed by the App or generated within Google AI Studio constitutes certified legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

- You agree that you will not treat the App's outputs as a recommendation to BUY, HOLD, or SELL any specific financial asset. Stock investing carries severe risk of total capital loss. You must perform your own independent research or consult with a licensed professional financial advisor before making any market transactions.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

- We do not guarantee that the financial price data fetched via public endpoints will be 100% accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly free of latency.

- In no event shall the developer of InvestWise AI be held legally liable for any financial losses, portfolio drawdowns, missed market opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from your reliance on the color indicators, historical calculations, or external AI outputs.

7. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the App, modify its framework features, or alter the underlying mathematical formula mapping configurations at any time to preserve store compliance.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local commercial and intellectual property laws, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
