The program matches professional international women who have relocated here for employment or academic reasons or moved with their partners, with like-minded local women who serve as mentors.

It’s a personalized, two-way partnership:

• Local mentors make St. Louis feel like home for internationals and acclimate them into our community.

• Both expand awareness and knowledge of other cultures and form lasting friendships.

In addition to personalized pairings, the program offers group, networking, cultural and social activities and events.

Requirements

One-year, 30-hour program commitment:

• Five one-on-one meetings between mentor/mentee (10 hours)

• Five additional group meetings (10 hours) - The group consists of five mentors, five mentees and two leaders 

• Ongoing communication - phone calls, emails, WhatsApp (10 hours)

• Invitations to attend social and professional events, join clubs and participate in other activities (optional)
