This privacy policy applies to the StillHere app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by BrainRivers (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free/Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use The Application collects and processes certain information when you download and use it. This information includes:

• Personal Information: The Application requires you to provide your Name and the Email addresses of your emergency contacts. This data is used strictly to provide the core functionality of the Application (sending emergency alerts).

• User Content: Custom emergency messages you create within the Application are stored to be sent to your designated contacts when an alert is triggered.

• Device and Usage Data: The Application collects push notification tokens (FCM Tokens) to ensure you receive timely check-in reminders.

The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Third-Party Access Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and their service. The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases The Application offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payment transactions are processed securely through Google Play (or Apple App Store). The Service Provider does not directly collect or store your credit card details or billing information.

Security The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Children The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information without their consent, they should contact the Service Provider.

Changes This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
