Classes are open to anyone in the local community, including staff, patients, and caregivers. Yoga practices are done using a mat, so the ability to get up and down from the floor is required. They are ideal for a person who has physical or stress-related issues who might be helped through a gentle yoga practice. Classes include warm-ups, stretching, guided relaxation, breathing instruction, and meditation. Adaptive movements are taught as needed at a gentle pace.
