1. Introduction
This privacy policy applies to the stiki app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Saleh Ghulam (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
2. Information Collection and Use
The Application collects minimal information necessary to function.
Automatically Collected Info: To facilitate the AI quote generation, the Application may process your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address) and basic usage statistics (time spent, OS version).
Local Data: All user-specific data, such as favorite topics and generated quotes, is stored strictly on the device's local storage and is not uploaded to our personal servers.
Personal Information: The Application does not require or collect email addresses, names, or phone numbers.
3. Artificial Intelligence & Content Moderation
The Application utilizes Generative Artificial Intelligence to create quotes.
Processing: User prompts are sent to our secure proxy to generate content.
Safety: We have implemented "Cozy Guardian" safety filters. However, because AI can be unpredictable, the Application provides an in-app reporting tool. Users are encouraged to report any content that is offensive or violates our "cozy" community standards. Reported content is reviewed to improve our safety filters.
4. Third-Party Access
To provide the Service, we utilize trusted third-party providers. Each has its own privacy policy:
Google Play Services: For app distribution and basic analytics.
Cloudflare: Used as a secure proxy to protect AI API keys and process requests.
AI Service Provider (Google Gemini / OpenAI): To generate the AI quote content.
5. Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover a child under 13 has provided information, we will delete it immediately.

By downloading or using stiki, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application is strictly prohibited.
2. Service Limitations
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application functional and "cozy," but we are not responsible for:
Connectivity: Functions requiring an internet connection (AI generation) failing due to your network provider.
AI Output: While we filter for quality, the Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated quotes.
3. AI Usage & Reporting
By using the Application, you acknowledge that content is generated by AI.
You agree not to attempt to "jailbreak" the AI to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
You agree to use the in-app report button to notify the Service Provider of any inappropriate AI outputs you encounter.
4. Termination
The Service Provider may terminate access to the Application at any time. Upon termination, you must cease using the app and delete it from your device.
