INTRODUCTION
WALK&WIN is a fitness application designed primarily to encourage users to stay active and lead a healthier lifestyle in a fun and interactive way.
These General Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a contractual agreement between WALK&WIN and yourself ("User" or "you"), referring to an individual or entity, end-user of the Service. By accessing or using the mobile application ("App") and any other mobile service or web application owned, controlled, or provided by us (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Therefore, it is important to carefully read these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register on the WALK&WIN application.

The application includes fitness videos, healthy recipes, monthly rewards, expert advice, and many other videos. People of any fitness level can use our application, participate in challenges, and enjoy the content.
Walk - Earn Points - Get Rewards.
WALK&WIN utilizes the motion sensors of your mobile phone to detect your movements and track your steps!
Once the application is installed on your mobile device, it is necessary to activate the "always allow" option in the GPS access settings. This will allow the step counter to function properly.
Accumulate points: Accumulate as many points as possible by walking.
Points calculation rule:
1 point = 20 steps.
Earn rewards: with the accumulated points, you can win rewards: cash.
The subscription is free for the first 3 days, then :
-3 Birr/Day.
-15 Birr/Week.
-50 Birr/Month.
Cash :
Every month, 3 winners have the opportunity to win cash prizes.
The cash prizes will be distributed to the 3 subscribers who have earned the highest number of points during a calendar month. These subscriptions will be awarded as follows:

In case of a tie between two subscribers at the end of the month, the one who reached the score first will be declared the winner. The second subscriber will then receive the prize from the next tier.
These Conditions govern your access to and use of the service. Your access to and use of the Service are conditioned on your approval and compliance with the Conditions.
WALK&WIN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to (1) access and view WALK&WIN content, and (2) access and use the software and mobile applications provided by the WALK&WIN service.
This license is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use and enjoyment of the WALK&WIN service, as permitted under these conditions.
You may not use, copy, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the WALK&WIN Content, the WALK&WIN Service, or any part thereof, unless expressly permitted in these Conditions. No license or right is granted to you by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property right owned or controlled by WALK&WIN or its licensors, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in these Conditions.

Except for your content, the content of WALK&WIN, the WALK&WIN Service, and its underlying technology are protected by copyright, trademark, patents, intellectual property rights, and other rights under international law.

During your access or use of the WALK&WIN Service, you may not do the following:
1. Use, display, copy, or reuse the WALK&WIN Service, the WALK&WIN name, any other WALK&WIN trademarks, logos, or other information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without the written consent of WALK&WIN;
2. Tamper with or modify non-public areas of the WALK&WIN service, WALK&WIN's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of WALK&WIN's providers;
3. Test the vulnerability of any WALK&WIN system or breach any security or authentication measures;
4. Circumvent any technical measures implemented by WALK&WIN or any of WALK&WIN's providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the WALK&WIN service or WALK&WIN content;
5. Access the WALK&WIN Service or WALK&WIN content using any mechanism other than the WALK&WIN Service or WALK&WIN API; or
6. Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, alter, or attempt to derive the source code of any software provided by WALK&WIN to you or any other part of the WALK&WIN service.
Our goal is to provide useful and high-quality information, but we do not make any recommendation or warranty of any kind regarding the Content, information, and services of WALK&WIN. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, effectiveness, or correct use of the information you receive via the WALK&WIN service, which has been collected via. third-party devices and applications. To health, wellness, fitness, as well as maps, routes, and other GPS or navigation data, including data related to your current location, may be unavailable, inaccurate, or incomplete. If you rely on WALK&WIN Content or the WALK&WIN Service, you do so at your own risk.
Consult your doctor before using the WALK&WIN service. The WALK&WIN service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical issue, consult your doctor before using the WALK&WIN service. Also, consult a doctor before participating in an exercise program or changing your dietary habits. If you have a medical emergency, stop using the WALK&WIN service and consult a healthcare professional. We are not responsible for any health issues that may result from training programs, consultations, products, or events you become aware of through the WALK&WIN service. If you engage in a fitness program that you receive or learn about through the WALK&WIN service, you agree to do so at your own risk and voluntarily participate in these activities.
By subscribing to the WALK&WIN application and downloading the application, you agree to these conditions.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the WALK&WIN service for any reason, without notice and at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. If the modifications constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you by email based on the preferences expressed on your account. What constitutes a 'material change' will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith, and using common sense and reasonable judgment. When you use the WALK&WIN service after a modification has been posted, you indicate to us that you accept the modified terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and at any time. We reserve the right to deny access to any username that violates the trademark or does not comply with the terms of use of the service.
ACCESS CONDITIONS TO THE SERVICE
• You must be 18 years old or older to use the WALK&WIN service.

• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your username and associated with your account.

• You are responsible for the security of your password. Full use of the WALK&WIN
service requires that you use your phone number associated with the password provided to you during your subscription. WALK&WIN is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your inability to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to attempt to find alternate ways to accumulate points, such as artificially simulating steps. WALK&WIN reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel a username/delete the User account, at its sole discretion, in case of fraud. WALK&WIN reserves the right to deny access to any User who does not comply with these Terms of Use, to all or part of the Service.

• You agree not to create multiple accounts on the application.
• Full use of the WALK&WIN service depends on your use of a supported mobile device and Internet access.
• We may need to contact you regarding your use of the WALK&WIN service. These communications are part of the WALK&WIN service, and you cannot refuse to receive them. You can manage and refuse to receive other communications from your account settings.
•While the WALK&WIN site and other services are normally available, there will be occasions of site interruption or other WALK&WIN services for scheduled maintenance or updates, for urgent repairs, or in the event of telecommunication link failures beyond WALK&WIN's control. Additionally, WALK&WIN encourages you to maintain your own backup of your health and fitness data and reports. In other words, WALK&WIN is not a backup service. WALK&WIN will not be responsible for any modification, suspension, or interruption of WALK&WIN services or loss of content.
• Contests and Gifts: Additional terms and conditions may apply to contests, gifts, and other promotions sponsored by WALK&WIN and its partners. It is your responsibility to carefully review these terms and conditions.
• You agree to receive alerts and notifications. As part of your use of the WALK&WIN service, you may receive notifications, SMS messages, or alerts. You agree to receive these communications. You can control the receipt of non-service-related communications from your account settings. You are responsible for any messaging or data fees that your mobile carrier may charge you.
• Termination: If you do not comply with these Conditions, we reserve the right to deactivate or terminate your account at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice or liability to you.
