My name is Stephanie. 

I am a Mom, Teacher, Personal Coach and Professional Organizer. 

My husband, son, and daughter and I live in the Sandhills area of North Carolina. I am originally from Maine and moved to North Carolina to enjoy a little bit more warmth. 

I am passionate about helping others wherever they are in their journey. It is my mission to work with people on improving their lives so they can improve the lives of others. 

I am on a continual path to live my best life! What does my best life look like? Taking control of my eating habits, scheduling time with friends and family, dedicating time to my hobbies (working out, blogging, cooking, baking), and helping those in need.
