24-25 Rules & Regulations
REGISTRATION
The registration fee is a $45.00 NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE payment due upon registering students in classes at Stephanie’s School of Dance. A $5.00 registration discount is available for additional family members.
TUITION
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month
Tuition MUST be paid by automatic payments from credit/debit card or full payment of semester(August-December & January-May)
Full semester payment can receive a 5% discount if paid in cash/check. Fall semester must be paid by September 1st & spring semester must be paid by January 8th to receive discount
Auto payments can be set up & credit cards will be charged on the 1st of each month
All students must have a current card on file. Credit cards WILL BE CHARGED if tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month (including late fee)
A late fee of $10.00 will charged after the 5th of each month
Tuition must be paid by the 5th regardless of attendance or holidays
There are NO deductions for classes missed regardless of attendance or holidays
Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE
There is a return check charge of $25.00
$5.00 discount for additional family members
A CANCELLATION FORM (no emails or phone calls) must be completed by the 15th of the month to cancel classes for the following month, if not tuition for the following month must be paid (no partial month payment). Forms are available in the studio or on the Registration page.

DRESS CODE
3 & 4 year olds & Kindergarten classes: Pink or black leotard & pink tights
1st/2nd Ballet & Tap & hour Ballet classes: students must wear a black leotard & pink tights
Pink ballet shoes for Ballet
Black tap shoes - NO ribbons (Combo classes)
Tan jazz shoes for Jazz
Black jazz pants & a solid fitted t-shirt or tank top for Jazz classes. NO baggy clothes
Black jazz taps Tap I, II, & II (same attire as Jazz classes)
Sneakers for Hip Hop (same attire as Jazz classes)
Hair must be in a ponytail and away from the face
NO baggy t-shirts, shorts, socks, bare feet, or tennis shoes during dance class (except hip hop classes)
Boys wear a white t-shirt, black pants or shorts, & black ballet shoes
ATTENDANCE
Students must arrive on time for class
Students must be picked up promptly after class
Students are encouraged to attend class regularly
Instruct your child to remain in the reception area until picked up
HOLIDAYS
Labor Day Monday, September 2, 2024
Thanksgiving Monday, November 25 - Friday, November 29, 2024
Christmas Monday, December 23, 2024 - Friday, January 3, 2025
Classes resume Monday, January 6, 2025
Spring Break Monday, March 17 - Friday, March, 21, 2025
RECITAL
A recital will be held in May 2025
Dress rehearsal is MANDATORY. You MUST be at all specified times of dress rehearsal to participate in the recital. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Costumes will be purchased for the recital. Costume purchases are check or cash ONLY.
$50.00 costume deposit is due NOVEMBER 1, 2024
COSTUME BALANCES MUST BE PAID BY DECEMBER 5, 2024
Costumes are approximately $60.00 - $85.00 each
NO refunds are given once costumes are ordered
A $65 recital fee will be charged for the 2025 recital. It is due FEBRUARY 15, 2025. Recital fee will be automatically processed on February 15 with customer’s card on file. NON-REFUNDABLE
MISCELLANEOUS
NO gum is allowed in dance rooms
Please do NOT leave food & drinks in the studio
Please do NOT allow your children to run in the hallway
Please remember that YOU are responsible for your children & siblings while classes are held
The studio will be closed if Pearland ISD closes for inclement weather
STEPHANIE’S SCHOOL OF DANCE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT UNATTENDED. STEPHANIE’S SCHOOL OF DANCE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURIES OR RESULTANT EXPENSE ARISING OUT OF EITHER THE FACILITIES OR PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES.
