Stephanie Delmore, MA, LPC
Are you ready to make changes in your life?
Are you ready to learn new ways of thinking and being?
Are you ready to live free of anxiety or depression?
Psychotherapy can be your path to wellness.
Welcome to the opportunity to make the changes you seek in your life.
Most people enter therapy with a desire to change something in their life: improve their relationships, find relief from feelings of anxiety or depression, heal from trauma, or continue on the journey of deepening their knowledge of themselves.
I take an integrative approach: let's look at your body, mind and soul and work to heal and balance you on all levels.
Areas of special interest for me include
Life transitions: adulthood, parenthood, retirement
Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
Parenting & Behavior Management
Grief & Loss
Career Exploration & Transition
Women's Issues: fertility, pregnancy, post-partum depression, menopause
I am excited to offer TeleMental Health services to clients who reside in Wisconsin.
This is a user-friendly option for therapy: have a session at home or work using a HIPPA secure platform similar to Skype or Facetime.
I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a School Counselor Certification from Mount Mary University. I am licensed as a Professional Counselor and School Counselor. On a personal note, I am married and am the mother of two teen-aged children. In my free time I enjoy traveling, entertaining, exercise, and volunteering at school and church.
