My name is Natalia Rossell, and I am a part of Immaculata-La Salle's STEAM Global Business Leadership Program. I am a Spanish-American raised in a family of business professionals who have introduced me to the world of numbers and ideas from a very young age.

Since my freshmen year, this program has allowed me to gain insight into the fundamentals of global business through the different courses it has offered: Legal Business, Marketing, Accounting, Business Management, Finance, International Business, and Entrepreneurship. These courses have prepared me for the future endeavors I intend to pursue in my career as an International Business and Relations major. I am confident that the program's demanding criteria and Dual Enrollment courses have allowed me to develop the necessary skills to succeed.

During the time spent in this program, I was able to gain a greater understanding and perspective on how business functions in the real world. My interest in business has only grown as my teachers and peers have made the program a rigorous, yet appealing learning environment. The STEAM Global Business Program has allowed me to expand my knowledge towards a more professional mindset in order to make a difference in the business world.
