I am an assistant professor ("Maître de conférences") at ESPCI Paris, in the laboratory of Molecular, Macromolecular Chemistry, and Materials (C3M). My scientific background in soft matter physics was forged initially at University of Milan, with Roberto Cerbino, then in Laboratoire Charles Coulomb (Montpellier, France), as a PhD student with Luca Cipelletti and Laurence Ramos, and finally at Harvard University (Cambride MA, US), as a postdoc with Dave Weitz. My current research at ESPCI Paris focuses on the relationship between the rheological properties of soft amorphous solids, and their microscopic structure and dynamics.
