This home is a cross-gabled Queen Anne style built in 1902 by J.A. Berg. Berg worked at the Cable Piano Factory.

Some of the key architectural elements it embodies are the steep gable roof with cross gable, the front window with shingled hood, front gable porch with matching decorative shingle in the gable and matching decorative shingle in the upper gable.

This home has 4" clapboard siding, textured decorative shingle in the gables and front window hood, wide frieze boards, wide horizontal trim band above the upper windows, wide corner trim, and wide window casings with crown head casing.
