無論您在亂象中載浮載沉或寧神安住，2020庚子年即將過去。為求來年業消慧朗、障盡福崇的方法無它，唯有“懺悔罪業，發菩提心”而已。

此菩提心，乃是一切善法之王，必定有因緣，方得發起。發菩提心，因緣有十：一者，念佛重恩故。二者，念父母恩故。三者，念師長恩故。四者，念施主恩故。五者，念眾生恩故。六者，念生死苦故。七者，尊重己靈故。八者，懺悔業障故。九者，求生淨土故。十者，為令正法得久住故。

薩迦雷藏寺特啟建歲末除舊迎新“懺悔、祈福、超度”大法會，祈願大家新的一年“逢凶化吉，離苦呈祥，道心堅固，菩提不退！”

No matter if you struggle or enjoy this 2020 (Year of Rat), it’s ending soon. In order to stop suffering and wishing for a better future, there is no other way than repenting and practicing Bodhicitta. Bodhicitta practice is the foremost compassion act among all good things. It can only arise under certain circumstances. In general, there are 10 causes and conditions: 1st is mindfulness of Buddhas’ deep kindness. 2nd mindfulness of our parents’ kindness. 3rd is mindfulness of our teachers’ and elders’ kindness. 4th is mindfulness of donors’ kindness. 5th is mindfulness of living beings’ kindness. 6th is mindfulness of birth and death’s sufferings. 7th is reverence for our own spiritual nature. 8th is repenting of karmic obstacles and reforming. 9th is the wish for rebirth in the Pureland. 10th is the wish to sustain Buddha’s teachings in this world for a long time. Please cherish the opportunity and register for this blessing and Bardo deliverance event. We wish everyone will have a great year next year.

藥師經不離實際，解惑生死。藥師懺，不離世間，除障消災。藥師七佛，秉著四十四大弘本誓，利益五濁惡世苦難眾生。念誦聽聞東方七佛名號，可淨除一切業障，有願皆得圓滿，不離正信正念。

一心稱唸：

1) 南摩光勝世界善名稱吉祥王如來、

2) 南摩妙寶世界寶月智嚴光音自在王如來、

3) 南摩圓滿香積世界金色寶光妙行成就如來、

4) 南摩無憂世界無憂最勝吉祥如來、

5) 南摩法幢世界法海雷音如來、

6) 南摩善住寶海世界法海勝慧遊戲神通如來、

7) 南摩淨琉璃世界藥師琉璃光如來。

Medicine Buddha Sutra is about reality: A Matter of Life and Death. Medicine Buddha Repentance doesn’t deviate from human world: A Way to Remove Obstacles and Avoid Disaster. 7 Medicine Buddhas, total of 44 vows, grant blessings to all sentient beings in these degenerate times. Recite/hear the Holy Name of 7 Medicine Buddhas will purify karmic obscurations, accomplish all wishes and always stay on the right path.

《正法念處經》卷七偈曰：“非異人作惡，異人受苦報；自業自得果，眾生皆如是”。因此，共業感召，瘟疫肆意。欲免於迫害，即當懺悔清淨，慈仁戒殺，守戒行善。

聖尊蓮生活佛為救度病患，守護眾生，不遺餘力，大轉法輪。薩迦雷藏寺於中元盂蘭節啟建懺會，鼎力護持。祈願懺力巍巍，上天好生之德，大地載物之厚，疫情速速退散。眾生重獲安寧，眾靈得以安息。法會殊勝，歡迎踴躍護持，同轉法輪，共霑法益。

According to the Scroll 7 of “Sutra of the Right Mindfulness of Dharma: One lives in the world surrounded by many people. Everyone is responsible for their actions and bear their karmas.” Common karma can cause pandemics, disasters and tragedies. In order to stay safe and healthy, maintaining self purification & practicing repentance, kindness, mindfulness and great compassion towards all sentient beings are essentials.

Following GM’s path, we continue to turn the Dharma Wheels during this Ullambana season for the benefit of the world.
