Stay Young, Stay Active motivates and encourages movement and physical exercise in families with members of all ages. Stay Young, Stay Active encourages creativity and exploration in children and their families through movement. The many advantages and benefits of physical activity will be explained on this website. Also, there are recommendations for exercising with little to no equipment and plenty of encouragement to do so. Choose one of the themes from the list at the top of the page to navigate the website. Family Outings
The entire family can participate in a variety of activities. These activities can take place both inside and outside. Examples of both indoor and outdoor activities are provided below. Several additional activities could be included in the lists below.

A Little About The Creator
I'm Michael Spanos, and I teach health and physical education in the Brentwood Borough School District. I've been a teacher for twelve years, and I currently instruct students in grades 9 through 12 at a high school. At Slippery Rock University, I received my first bachelor's degree in health and physical education. I am now completing my master's degree in the health and wellness program at the American College of Education.
