By using the App, you acknowledge that:
You participate in workouts at your own risk.
You are responsible for your own health and physical condition.
The developers of Stay Fit are not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from the use of the App.
Stay Fit does not require account creation.
All personal fitness data including height, weight, age, goals, and workout history is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store this data on external servers.

Stay Fit offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to advanced features such as personalized workout plans and detailed analytics.

Monthly Subscription: $4.99
Yearly Subscription: $39.99
Free Trial: 3 days for eligible new users
Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device account settings.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription unless required by law or platform policy.
All content, features, design elements, text, graphics, logos, and software within Stay Fit are the exclusive property of the app developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written permission.
When using Stay Fit, you agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the App
Exploit the App in any unauthorized way
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific fitness expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Stay Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, loss of data, or financial loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
