Drafting & Modification of Leases

The attorneys at this office can assist assist you in drafting, reviewing, and modifying commercial and residential leases.  As the needs of the landlord and/or tenant change, due to economic or other reasons, the lease may need to be modified, renewed, or extended so that the lease continues to work for both parties.  Landlords who have not previously engaged an attorney to draft or review their lease may wish to do so because laws change, and the lease must incorporate provisions which reflect these changes in ordered to protect the landlord from liability.
