STATBOT - Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 31 March 2025

Welcome to STATBOT. By downloading or using this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users who access STATBOT through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

1.  Services Provided

STATBOT provides sports-related information, including sports statistics, live odds, and sports scores. This information is available worldwide. We aim to deliver reliable, up-to-date information; however, all data is provided "as is," without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

2.  Payment and Subscription

STATBOT is a paid application. Access to STATBOT’s premium features requires a subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing details, subscription plans, and billing cycles are available on the app's listing in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees and authorize the app stores to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

• There are 2 types of subscription

• Free Plan: Limited use of  features

• User has 05 chat requests with BotAI per-day. After that, user must wait until the request is reset (at 00:00 GMT+11)

• Premium Plan (Monthly/Yearly): Unlimited use of features

• User has unlimited chat with BotAI

• The bill is charge Yearly or Monthly, depending on the plan that the user choose

• When a user started using the app, they have an option to Subscribe to a Premium Plan, or to Trial a 7-day-free-trial with access to the Premium Plan. After 07 days, user will automatically go back to Free Plan

• When a user buy a subscription, they will be able to use the subscription immediately

• Payment will be charged to Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. 

• The plan will auto renew when the plan is expired. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• User can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

3.  Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions are subject to the refund policies of the respective app stores. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact the app store’s support team directly.

4.  Changes to Pricing

STATBOT reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, or payment terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or via email, and continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

5.  Eligibility

By using this app, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. STATBOT is not responsible for verifying the eligibility of users.

6.  No Liability

STATBOT and its developers are not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using or relying on the information provided by the app. By using STATBOT, you acknowledge and accept that STATBOT is not responsible for any financial or personal losses that may arise from your use of the app, including any decisions made based on the information it provides.

7.  No Retention of User Data

STATBOT does not collect, store, or retain any personal user data. We do not require or save personal details, login information, or any other identifying data. Users may access STATBOT without submitting personal information.

8.  Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design elements, logos, graphics, and software in STATBOT are owned by STATBOT or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of any content within STATBOT is strictly prohibited.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use STATBOT only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use of this app by others. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:

·   Misusing the app or attempting to disrupt its functionality.

·   Attempting to gain unauthorized access to STATBOT, its servers, or data.

·   Using the app for fraudulent or malicious purposes.

10.  Third-Party Content and Links

STATBOT may display links to third-party sites and services or include content from third parties. STATBOT is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party information and is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of such third-party content.

11.  Disclaimers and Warranties

STATBOT provides information for entertainment and informational purposes only and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data provided. STATBOT does not endorse or recommend any specific betting or gambling activities, and users are advised to use their own judgment.

12.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STATBOT and its developers, officers, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or any financial losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold STATBOT, its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use or misuse of STATBOT or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

14.  Updates and Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the app. Continued use of STATBOT following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15.  Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. By using STATBOT, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the app.

16.  Termination

STATBOT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms and Conditions, non-payment, or for any other reason,

including but not limited to security concerns or technical issues.
