STATBOT – Subscription Information

Welcome to STATBOT. By downloading or using this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users who access STATBOT through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Subscription Plans

Statbot offers two types of subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access to features. Users have up to 5 chat requests with BotAI per day. After reaching the daily limit, users must wait until the request resets at 00:00 (GMT+11).
  
  

• Premium Plan (Monthly - $9.99/month): Full access to all features, including unlimited chat with BotAI. Billed monthly.
  
  

• Premium Plan (Yearly - $99.99/year): Full access to all features, including unlimited chat with BotAI. Billed yearly.
  
  

Free Trial

New users may choose to start with a 7-day free trial of the Premium Plan. During this trial, users can access all premium features. After the trial ends, users will automatically return to the Free Plan unless a subscription is purchased.

Subscription Activation

Once a subscription is purchased, it will be activated immediately and the user can start using premium features without delay.

Auto-Renewal

All Premium Plans are auto-renewing. This means the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly), unless the user cancels it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation Policy

Users can manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their Apple ID account settings in the App Store. If canceled, the user will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made once the subscription is canceled.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period. Exceptions may be made in cases of force majeure, such as war, natural disasters, or public emergencies, at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed via the Apple App Store using the user’s Apple ID account. By confirming a purchase, the user agrees to the applicable terms, conditions, and pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
