Saw Associates (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the mobile game Star Paint (“the App”).

We do not receive or store the user’s complete payment card details.

The advertising networks enabled in the App may change when our mediation configuration is updated. Users should review the privacy policies of Google, AppLovin and the advertising providers displayed through the App for additional information.
The App may display banner, interstitial, rewarded, app-open or native advertisements.
Where required by applicable law, users will be asked for consent before information is used for personalized advertising. Users may receive non-personalized or limited advertisements when consent is not granted or when personalized advertising is not permitted.
Users may also manage certain advertising preferences through their device settings and Google account settings.
We do not knowingly ask children to provide information such as their full name, home address, telephone number or personal email address.
Where the App is made available to children under applicable law, we use age-appropriate advertising and data-processing configurations where required.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration.
Information transmitted by the App and integrated service providers is protected using secure network transport where supported.

Retention periods used by Google, AppLovin and other third-party providers are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Game progress stored locally on a device may remain until the user clears the App’s data or uninstalls the App.
The App does not require users to create an account.
Users may remove locally stored game information by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.

The request should include the name of the App and any available app or device identifier needed to locate the relevant data.
Some information may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, financial recordkeeping or dispute resolution.
Information controlled independently by advertising, analytics or platform providers must be managed through the privacy controls or request processes offered by those providers.
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where the user lives. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from local laws.
Where required, service providers use appropriate measures for international data transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, integrated services, legal requirements or data practices change.
