Stamped With Sunshine was born from an unexpected moment of disconnection and a bit of creativity. When our close friend Cas was grounded for a month (Hi, Cas), digital communication was off the table. So, Cas and Mikaela turned to writing letters, essentially becoming each other's pen pals. Little did we know, the two of them would gain the anticipation to check the mail in hopes for a new letter. That’s when the idea hit us: what if we could give other people the same experience — a way to make real friendships, outside of social media and the internet. We created Stamped With Sunshine to share that feeling. Our names inspiration comes from Cas’s mom, Ms. Sunshine, because if she had never grounded Cas, this idea never would have come to life.
