This Privacy Policy applies to the Stally:Mind Up mobile application (the “Application”) provided by Boas Gross (the “Service Provider”) as a free service. The Application is offered AS IS.
When you download and use the Application, certain information may be collected, including:
Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address;
The screens/pages you view in the Application, the dates and times of your visits, and the time spent on those pages;
The total time spent in the Application;
The operating system used on your mobile device.
The Application does not collect precise location data about your device.
From time to time, the Service Provider may use contact information you provide to send important notices, required communications, or promotional messages related to the Application.
For a better experience, the Application may ask you to provide personally identifiable information. Any such information will be retained and used as described in this Policy.
Only aggregated and anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application and related services. The Service Provider may share information as described below:
Legal requirements: to comply with a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process;
Protection of rights and safety: when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
Service providers: with trusted vendors working on the Service Provider’s behalf who have no independent right to use the disclosed information and agree to follow this Policy.
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Use the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the app marketplace.
The Service Provider retains user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. To request deletion of user-provided data, contact roxykylen7285@gmail.com. The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personally identifiable information through the Application, please contact roxykylen7285@gmail.com so that appropriate steps can be taken. In your country, you must be at least 16 years old to consent to the processing of personal data (or have a parent/guardian provide consent where applicable).
The Service Provider takes reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural measures to safeguard information processed and maintained. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
