ARROWHEAD HOTEL
Align the marker at the top of the drawing with the ruler. Hold your SHIFT key down scale the line so that it is 24mm between the vertical markers in HO , 14mm in N scale, 28mm in OO scale and 49mm in O scale.
The Line between the solid brick wall and the grey frontage is the corner line to be folded.
The Roof is slightly inset to the top roof line and the edging painted black.

To make your own factory label, use a white print with text and over print the box with "Miracle Furniture Co" on it then move it to the centre of the factory box name I use simple black cardboard for the roof inset supported by inset scrap pieces,

You can make a simple platform and verandah of foam core to be level with the loading doors to your choice!
