StackVoice does not require users to create an account. However, access to the app is controlled by administrators. Only authorized users can join a voice room after coordination with an admin or higher authority.
StackVoice does not show ads of any kind.

Service-related notifications may be shown only when required to inform users about an active voice call.
StackVoice does not record, store, or save your conversations on any server.
All audio communication happens in real time and is not monitored, logged, or transmitted to third-party servers.
We require access to your device’s microphone to enable two-way voice communication.
This permission is used only during an active voice call initiated by the user and is never accessed when the call ends or the app is closed.
During an active voice call, StackVoice displays a visible and ongoing system notification to inform users that a live call is in progress.
This notification exists solely to ensure user awareness of microphone usage and is removed immediately once the call ends.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII).
The only limited, non-personal data that may be temporarily processed includes:

We do not request access to storage, contacts, camera, or location.
Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no long-term data retention.
Any temporary technical logs used for debugging purposes are automatically deleted within 72 hours.
