This Privacy Policy explains how Robin Hood Studio ("we", "us") handles information when you play Stack Up (the "Game") on Android. Stack Up is an offline-friendly arcade block-stacking game. It has no user accounts, no chat and no in-app purchases. By using the Game you agree to this policy.
We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, location or any other information that directly identifies you, and the Game has no sign-in.
Your game progress (scores, coins, unlocked skins, settings, daily reward and mission progress) is saved only on your device in the Game's private storage. We do not upload it to our own servers.
The Game uses third-party services (described below) that automatically collect certain information from your device when you play, including:
Device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID and app-scoped identifiers
IP address (used to estimate an approximate, country/region-level location)
Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, screen size, app version and network type
Gameplay and usage events, such as sessions, session length, game mode, round start and end, score, in-game coin earning and spending, and tutorial progress
Ad interactions, such as ad requests, impressions, clicks and rewarded ad completions
Diagnostic data, such as crashes, errors and performance information
The Game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. The Game shows full-screen ads between rounds and optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch for an in-game benefit (for example, continuing a round or doubling coins). AdMob may collect and use the information listed in Section 3, including the Advertising ID and IP address, to deliver, measure and personalize ads, and to prevent fraud.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from Settings > Privacy Options in the Game. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).

We use GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics ApS) to understand how players use the Game, for example which modes are played, where players stop playing, how long sessions last and whether ads work properly. GameAnalytics collects the gameplay, device, diagnostic and identifier information described in Section 3. We use this information only in aggregated form to improve the Game.

The Game is distributed through Google Play, which may collect information under the Google Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use any other third-party advertising or analytics services in the Game.
To show ads that keep the Game free, and to deliver rewards for rewarded ads
To measure ad performance and prevent invalid activity
To analyze gameplay, balance difficulty and improve the Game
To detect and fix crashes and technical problems
Information collected automatically is shared with, and processed by, Google AdMob and GameAnalytics as described above, acting under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or use Settings > Reset Progress. Data collected by third-party services is kept according to their retention policies (GameAnalytics and Google retain analytics and advertising data for limited periods and then delete or anonymize it).
Delete local game data: use Settings > Reset Progress in the Game, or uninstall the Game.
Limit ad tracking: reset or delete your Advertising ID in your Android settings.
Change consent (EEA/UK/Switzerland): use Settings > Privacy Options in the Game.
Request deletion of analytics data linked to your device: email us at hmbanyali172@gmail.com with the subject "Stack Up data deletion". We will forward the request to our analytics provider and reply within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Stack Up is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We rely on reputable third-party providers that use industry-standard safeguards, and data sent by their SDKs is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
