Stacktop ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a single-player arcade game. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.
1. Information We Collect
Stacktop does not require you to create an account and does not ask for personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
The App stores the following information locally on your device only:
- Your best score and recent game progress.
- Your in-app preferences, such as whether sound effects are enabled.
This information never leaves your device. We do not transmit it to us or to any third party.
2. How We Use Information
Locally stored information is used solely to provide game functionality: showing your best score, restoring your preferences, and improving your play experience. We do not use this information for advertising or profiling.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information with third parties. Because the App does not collect personal information, there is nothing to share.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
All game data is stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the App's storage or by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
5. Children's Privacy
Stacktop does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is suitable for general audiences and does not include features that gather personal data from any user, including children.
6. Cookies and Tracking
The App does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or third-party tracking technologies. We do not track you across apps or websites.
7. Security
Because your data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted off the device, the primary protection of your data is your device's own security. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a device passcode.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Stacktop mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, and in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
2. Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the App.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, code, and content, is owned by us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of them. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
