Privacy policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
STACKSPACE is a local-first Chrome extension. This policy explains what the extension stores and what it does not collect.
Your calendars, tasks, notes, pages, settings and workspace relationships are stored locally in Chrome IndexedDB. They remain on the browser profile unless you explicitly export, move or share a backup.
STACKSPACE does not sell data, run advertising analytics, build a browsing profile, read page content for unrelated purposes, or send workspace content to a server. No account is required. There is no cloud sync or AI service in the current release.
Notifications are requested only when reminders or timer alerts need them. Website blocking requests Chrome host access only when you enable blocking. Blocking uses request domains to apply your rules and does not upload browsing history or page content.
The current Gmail, Slack, Outlook, Notion, Trello and Google Calendar entries are web shortcuts. They do not connect accounts, request provider tokens or read third-party data.
You can export a local backup from Settings. You can delete workspace records, empty trash, or remove the extension and its local storage through Chrome. Exported files are controlled by you and are not transmitted by STACKSPACE.
