STACKLE is a healthcare recruitment platform that connects healthcare professionals with hospitals and healthcare organizations. By accessing or using the STACKLE mobile application and related services, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. STACKLE serves solely as a platform facilitating communication and recruitment activities and does not guarantee employment opportunities, interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes. Any employment agreement entered into between a job seeker and an employer is solely between those parties and is independent of STACKLE. Users are responsible for maintaining professional and respectful conduct while using the platform. Audio and video calls conducted through the platform are not monitored or recorded by STACKLE, and users assume full responsibility for any access granted during such communications. Chat messages and user data are not end-to-end encrypted, and authorized STACKLE personnel may access such information strictly for customer support, service improvement, security monitoring, and policy enforcement purposes. Users must provide accurate and truthful information and comply with all applicable laws, healthcare regulations, and employment requirements. STACKLE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unlawful activities. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the accuracy of information on the platform, STACKLE is not responsible for the accuracy of job postings, candidate profiles, hiring decisions, employment terms, disputes, or any losses arising from interactions between users. User data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce platform policies. Users may request account deletion, upon which personal information, job application records, and chat history will be permanently removed, subject to any legal retention requirements. STACKLE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Account Deletion Policy

Users may request deletion of their STACKLE account at any time through the application. Before deletion is completed, the user will be asked to confirm the request. Upon successful confirmation, the account and associated personal data, including profile information, job applications, chat history, and other user-generated content, will be permanently removed from STACKLE systems, except where retention is required by applicable laws or regulatory obligations. Deleted accounts cannot be restored, and users will need to create a new account if they wish to use the platform again.
