By downloading or using the Stack Tasks and Reminders mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

License to Use

Fadi Zaid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

Description of Service

The App allows users to:

Create, manage, and organize tasks and reminders.
Map out ideas using the Brainstorm Canvas.
Track productivity through advanced statistics.

Features may be updated, modified, or removed at any time.

User Data

All data you create (tasks, reminders, brainstorm maps) is stored locally on your device unless otherwise specified.
Free Tier: To maintain performance and usability, the free version of the App may automatically remove past or completed items when their number exceeds a certian limits of items. The App may notify you when you are approaching this limit so you can take action if needed.

Premium Tier: Users who subscribe to Stack Premium have unlimited storage. The automatic removal of past or completed items is disabled for active Premium users.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for illegal purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App.
Interfere with app functionality.
Bypass restrictions, subscription paywalls, or security features.

Intellectual Property

All rights, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Fadi Zaid.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any part of the App without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

I do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Reminders or notifications will be delivered on time or at all.
Data will not be lost

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for:

Data loss.
Missed reminders or notifications.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws.

Apple Requirements

This App is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App or its content.

You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
