Fadi Zaid ("I", "me", or "my") operates the Stack Tasks and Reminders mobile application (the "App").
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Information Collection and Use
The App is designed to help users manage tasks and reminders.
I do not collect, store, or sell any personally identifiable information.
You can use the App without creating an account or providing personal data.
The App processes the following information locally on your device or through your personal Apple account:
Tasks, reminders, and brainstorm data: Created and managed by you.
App preferences and settings: Including custom accent colors and display options.
Photo Library access: If you choose to set a custom background image, the App requires access to your device's photo library. The selected images remain strictly on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.
Data Storage and Retention
Free Tier Storage: To maintain optimal performance and organization, the free version of the App may automatically delete past items when their number exceeds a limit of 50 items. The App provides an in-app notification when you are approaching this limit, giving you the opportunity to review your tasks before removal.
Premium Tier Storage: Users who subscribe to Stack Premium have unlimited storage on their device. The automatic removal of past or completed items is disabled for Premium users.
All user-generated content (tasks and reminders) is stored locally on your device unless cloud features are explicitly enabled in future updates. You are responsible for managing and backing up your data through your device.
Third-Party Services & Apple Integration
The App integrates with built-in Apple services to function properly. The App does not control how Apple handles your data. These services include:
App Store services & In-App Purchases: For managing the Stack Premium subscription.
Push Notifications: The App uses Apple’s push notification services to deliver alerts using an anonymous device token.
iCloud Data Synchronization: If enabled in future updates.
These services operate under Apple's own privacy policies.
Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services that could collect anonymous data, including:
Analytics tools (if added in the future).

Analytics and Technical Data
The App may collect limited, anonymous technical data for improving performance, such as:
Device type and model.
App version.
This data is not linked to your identity and is used solely for improving the App.
Where applicable, such processing is based on legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the App.
User Rights
Since the App does not collect personal data, there is generally no data to access, modify, or delete.
You retain full control over your data directly within the App and your Apple account settings.

The App is suitable for users of all ages (4+).
I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Security
Although no personal data is collected, reasonable measures are taken to ensure the App operates securely. However, no system is completely secure.

The App may contain links to external websites or apps. I am not responsible for their privacy practices.
