Greetings from St. Elias Orthodox Church located at 425 Cherry Way in  downtown Ellwood City, Pennsylvania! 

             St. Elias Church is under the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America, Orthodox Church in America,  and was founded in 1914 by newcomers from Romania and Macedonia.

Now St. Elias Church has parishioners and friends from all ethnic backgrounds, worshiping in English. 


Warm weather hours have started. All Vespers services will be at 7 pm until fall

Meet our pastor!  Fr. Wayne Paul Wright  was assigned as parish priest in January 2022.  Fr. Wayne brings years of experience and dedication to our congregation, and he and his wife Preoteasa Lenora are eager to serve our community in any way that they can.
