Dear Students
Welcome to the 2025–2026 academic year! As we begin this new chapter, I encourage you to embrace self-reliance—a powerful trait that will guide both your academic and personal growth.
Self-reliance means trusting your own abilities to think critically, solve problems, make thoughtful choices and take responsibility for your actions. It empowers you to pursue goals, face challenges with courage and grow from every experience.
As Emerson said, “Trust thyself: every heart vibrates to that iron string.”
To cultivate self-reliance:
Set clear goals and work steadily toward them.
Manage your time and habits with discipline.
Seek answers actively and learn from the process.
Reflect often on your progress.
See challenges as opportunities to grow stronger.
As philosopher Marcus Aurelius rightly said, “What stands in the way becomes the way.”
Let this academic year be one of self-discovery, resilience and growth. Together, let’s make it a journey of learning, strength and independence.

Who I am?
I am a learner.
What do I learn?
That how to nurture.
Who helps me in learning?
My books and my teacher.
What do you call them?
I admire them as preachers.
Oh ! Is that the reason, then, I have one question again.
You took the help of books and the teachers.
Then why you call yourself Self-Reliant?
HA-HA.
It is because knowledge has the size of a Giant.
-Advit Sharma (Class IV)
Be your own rock, your own shore
Rely on yourself, forever more
Trust your voice, your heart's beat
And let your inner strength, be your retreat
Don't wait for others, to pave the way
Take charge, seize the day
Believe in yourself, your dreams, your might
And shine with confidence, in the light
Self-reliance is the fire, that burns within
Guiding you forward, through life's spin
So stand tall, stand strong, stand free
And let your self-reliance, be your legacy.
-Hitisha (Class IX)
I am not just a creative learner,
That secret key lies in my hands,
I learn, I spark, I shine!
With self- reliance!
My newly- developed brains are trained,
Self- reliance is gained,
Independence has struck through my heart,
What an unimaginable start!
I am not just a creative learner,
Self- reliance is just a beginning,
A beginning to learn, to spark, to shine!
- Jeevika Rath VIII-C
Alone in the world,
I lay in my bed curled.
No learnings,No earnings
I need to shake up,
Not stay helpless as a stray pup.
I have the strength,
Which will take me forward a length.
I can draw, I can paint,
And also preach like a saint.
Praised are my handcrafted goods,
Delicious are my foods.
Let's put them all together,
To misery, I shall not surrender.
earning is all around,
he lost will be found.
Time to take an action,
If I need my ration.
Within me is the fire,
Wisdom I shall always desire.

When winter’s chill got us shiver, Smog flowing just like a river.
Day by day the smog grew thicker,
Health of india got much more sicker.
As sky got darker,
Authority used their mind much more sharper.
When all points were put straight on the map,
A new solution emerged know as GRAP.
Odd- even cars moved on street of Delhi,
Helped our air being more and more friendly.
All the results will be seen,
When India will get the air smog free clean. -Harshwardhan (Class VIII)
Plastic - plastic everywhere
The main matter of fear.
From rivers and oceans, they come ashore
Killing marine life they ask for more.
Plastic bag , plastic bag are a disaster
They will destroy our environment faster.
They clog pipes and choke the drains
Resolving this problem is the main.
Let's finish this problem of earth
Give other animals a charming birth.
