Dr. Sumit Malik is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science Engineering & Technology at Bennett University, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and specializes in Computational Fluid Dynamics, with a particular focus on droplet dynamics in viscous fluids, heat and mass transfer, entropy generation and nanofluid behavior.
Dr. Malik has held academic and research positions at prestigious institutions including the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology, where he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Chemical Engineering, and IIT Roorkee, where he contributed to ISRO-funded research projects. His academic journey also includes teaching roles at Bennett University and The NorthCAp University.
His research contributions span advanced numerical modeling, entropy generation analysis, and magneto-hydrodynamic simulations. He has published extensively in high-impact journals and presented his work at international conferences such as SIAM and APS DFD.
