Each Department has a set extension, should the department you are attempting to access not be available, leave a message or request a callback from our operator!
Should you call a department, and they not answer, your call will either be picked up by that departments answering system, or be sent automatically to the operator, where you can schedule a callback, leave a recording, leave a memo, or directed to another department!

This is our Primary Phone Operator! They can assist with scheduling, account management, callbacks, customer relations, and directing your call to one of our other departments!

This is our Field Management Department! Responsible for all field service techs and Identiy Verification. To relay information to a Field Tech, this is your number!

This our Telephone Service Center! Here you can Order Rental Equipment, Activate/Deactivate your VOIP Phone Service, Manage your plan for Phone Service, Return Equipment, Manage your account, and troubleshoot your VOIP Service/Rental Equipment.
THE TELEPHONE SERVICE CENTER CANNOT ADD FUNDS TO YOUR VOIP PLAN. CONTACT THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT AT EXTENSION 603.
