Permission: ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
Purpose: The App uses your device's GPS to calculate your current speed, average speed, distance traveled, and to display your movement on the map in real-time.
Privacy: We do not transmit your location data to any external server. All trip history and location logs are stored locally on your device's internal memory.
B. Internet & Network State
Permission: INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Purpose: * To load map tiles from OpenStreetMap.
To display advertisements via Google AdMob.
To check connectivity status (e.g., distinguishing between Wi-Fi and Mobile Data).
C. Storage
Permission: WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (For applicable Android versions)
Purpose: This permission is used solely to save your trip history and app preferences locally on your device.
D. Usage & Device Data
Purpose: We collect non-personally identifiable information such as device model, OS version, app interaction data, and app crash logs to monitor performance, analyze usage trends, and improve app stability.
2. Third-Party Services We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, provide core functionality, or analyze app performance. These services enable us to provide the App for free and improve its functionality:
Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google may use your device's advertising ID and approximate location to serve personalized ads.
Google Play Billing: If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, the transaction is securely handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect, process, or store your payment information.
Google Analytics for Firebase: We use this service to understand how users interact with the app, improve features, and analyze general usage statistics. This service may collect anonymous Device or other IDs and app interaction data.
Firebase Crashlytics: We use this service to monitor and log technical errors (crashes). This helps us gather diagnostic data to quickly fix bugs and ensure a seamless experience.
OpenStreetMap: We use OpenStreetMap data to visualize your location.

Local Storage: Your ride history, routes, and statistics are stored only on your device.
No Server Upload: We do not upload your personal GPS history to any cloud server or database owned by Telgas.
Data Deletion: If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data related to the App is automatically deleted from your device.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Please read this section carefully. By using this App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Accuracy: The speed and distance values displayed in the App are based on GPS data provided by your device. Accuracy depends on satellite signal strength, weather conditions, and environmental factors (e.g., tunnels, high-rise buildings). The App's readings may differ from your vehicle's official speedometer. Always rely on your vehicle's built-in speedometer for legal compliance.
Safety First: Do not interact with the App while driving. Set up your trip before you start moving. You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of others.
Compliance with Laws: You must obey all traffic laws and speed limits in your jurisdiction.
No Liability: The developer (Telgas) shall not be held liable for any traffic violations, speeding tickets, accidents, damages, or injuries resulting from the use or reliance on this App. The App is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
5. Children’s Privacy Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
