Business Purpose is to perform legal services such as making sure legal documents are authentic, checking the identity of the person signing the document, serving as a witness for the document being signed, collaborating with the buyer and seller, and notarizing all required signatures.

Mileage Fee:We base our mileage fees on rates published by the
IRS. For 2023, we presently charge 66 cents per mile. There is
no mileage fee associated with coming to our location.
