Business Purpose is to perform legal services such as making sure legal documents are authentic, checking the identity of the person signing the document, serving as a witness for the document being signed, collaborating with the buyer and seller, and notarizing all required signatures.

Our mobile notaries are friendly, certified, experienced, and reliable. We are also licensed and insured

Taking acknowledgments or proofs for the first signature $5

Additional fees may apply for parking meters, parking

garages, airport parking and excessive wait times

(beyond 15 minutes).

Mileage Fee:We base our mileage fees on rates published by the

IRS. For 2023, we presently charge 66 cents per mile. There is

no mileage fee associated with coming to our location.

****Travel fee is separate from the notarial fee and is not specified

or mandated by law.
