Socioscientific Issues in Korea
MISSION OF THE PROJECT
The archiving project was initiated to explore scientific issues in a social context.
The intent of the archive will be to inform about how SSIs are integrated into language learning contexts and be reinterpreted into Korean society, as well as inspire you about classroom applications of SSI discourse through the growing archive of contemporary narratives in daily lives.
Collections of all kinds of oriental science such as oriental medicine, feng-shui, face-reading, astronoy, and so on
Collections of biotechnology and contagion related discourses
Collections of all narratives related to space
Collections of narratives regarding technologies such as AI, hologram, weapons, and so on.
Collections of environmental and energy issues
Collections of all kinds of disasters both natural and man-made
Collections of the narratives related to marine resources and oceans
Collections of time related issues including time travels, time slips, eternal lives, and so on
