This move is fast uncharged, and has a big lingering multihit. It can catch multiple ledge options on reaction due to its speed and invincibility. The charging hitbox can pull people off platforms. This move is also very good for calling out airdodges due to it being a multi-hit move that's very active, and charging it allows you to make the move safe on shield if all slashes connect at range.
