I am Sruthi Sudhakar, currently a post doctoral fellow under Prof. Juan Perilla in University of Delaware. I have been an institute post-doctoral fellow under Professor Pradeepkumar P.I. in the nucleic acids chemical Biology Lab at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.  I have completed my Ph.D under Professor Pradeepkumar P.I. in December 2024. I have been selected under the Prime Minister's Research Fellowship via lateral entry during May 2020 and completed my PMRF tenure in July 2024. My broad area of research is Molecular Modeling and Dynamics Studies of Functional Nucleic Acids.
