SVE Paper Band filter cum magnetic coolant filters are  designed for filtering ferrous and non-ferrous particles  with high  degree of purification. The coolant further passes through the paper filter where all non-ferrous particles are  filtered. Clean coolant is collected in the  bottom tank for re-circulating to the machine. The unit consists of magnetic coolant filter, band chain, gearmotor and control panel. Paper  band  filter is recommended for  automatic  and  trouble  free  continuous operation high surface finish and better

SVE Bag filters are manufactured in simplex and duplex types. These are manufactured in carbon steel and stainless steel. The duplex system is supplied with complete change over valves and differential pressure gauge with chocking indication for the replacement of filter element or bag. The working pressure will be from 0-100 bar and level of filtration 5 micron to 500 microns. The application is in chemical and machine tool  industries for filtration of industrial coolants, hydraulic oils and lubrication oils.

SVE Magnetic Coolant Filters are  designed for filtering  coolant oil contaminated with ferrous materials. The contaminated coolant from the machine is fed into the inlet of  Magnetic filter, which passes through the gap between the magnetic drum and the body, the drum is driven by a double reduction worm geared motor, the dust particles are attracted & held firmly by the magnetic drum. A synthetic rubber roller mounted on springs squeezes the dust and allows only dry dust, which is  scraped out  from  the drum  by a  scraper and  collected  separately in  the dust collecting tray.
