Sangeetha 

I am Sangeetha. I have completed my Bachelors of Science in Advanced Zoology and Biotechnology from University of Madras in 2007 and Masters of Science in Bioinformatics from Pondicherry University in 2009. Following this, I joined Dr Amutha Ramaswamy’s group at Pondicherry University, India, in 2009 and studied the structure and dynamical aspects of HIV-1 Integrase using molecular dynamics simulation techniques and proposed allosteric therapeutic strategies. In 2016, I joined as a postdoctoral research in Prof. Sanjib Senapati’s group in the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India to work on the polymorphism of G-quadruplex structures.

Since 2021, I am Anand’s group as Post Doctoral Fellow with work focusing on the nucleic acid binding properties of proteins with Intrinsically disordered regions
