About Me

I am a PhD student in the department of Computational and Data Sciences (CDS) at Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. Under the guidance of Dr. Phani Motamarri, I am conducting my research in MATRIX Lab which focuses on the development of mathematical techniques, and scalable computational methods in the intriguing domain of quantum modeling of materials.

With the dawn of the exascale supercomputing era, the contemporary landscape of computational science has witnessed a paradigm shift and it has paved the path to conduct groundbreaking research and go beyond the current capabilities. At this pivotal juncture, my work takes on the vital task of developing accurate algorithmic techniques that are poised to harness the remarkable computational power available, effectively amplifying the scope of ab initio simulations in the study of materials, both in terms of system size and time scale.

My work delves into the concepts of quantum mechanics, materials science, and applied mathematics. With a relentless zeal for research, I always strive to push the boundaries of our understanding even further, and contribute to the ever-expanding body of knowledge that shapes the future of materials science and computational research.
