Documents required to obtain membership;
1. Completed application form (attached below)
2. Photocopy of your PADI or other certification
3. Scanned copy of your photograph and signature
Incomplete applications will not be accepted as they often lead to more confusion than is warranted :)
All documents must be handed to a club officer for which you will receive an official receipt acknowledging payment and a membership card that you must carry on all dives.
Please note that the club reserves the right to refuse membership to anybody without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Additionally, the diving officer reserves the right to evaluate the applicants diving skills prior to membership and/or prior to engaging in any diving activity.

Membership forms can be handed over at a club event or scanned and emailed to the Secretary or President.
